What are green buildings? What path of sustainable building development is suitable for China?

Tsinghua has carried out research on the questions above since 1999. One surprising discovery is that the traditional, frugal lifestyle of Chinese people is very much in line with sustainabledevelopment. Adhering green building evaluation systems to such customs may decide the outcome of China’s 2060 carbonneutrality goal.
